What does voiXen do?
voiXen simplifies the administration and evaluation of telephone calls. The fully automatic labeling and categorization makes content easy to find, keywords can be evaluated and trends can be visualized. The solution is used, for example, in quality management, sales, compliance and coaching. Through artificial intelligence (machine learning), voiXen also finds out what customers really want. The "Voice of the Customer" helps companies to improve customer service and make sales more successful.
- You acquire new customers, help them develop further and take care of them
- You understand the technical requirements of your customers and can answer requests for tenders competently.
- You have a network that supports you in customer acquisition
- You can assess which industries need our services and understand the needs of different customer groups.
- You are a good listener, recognize the needs of your conversation partners and advise them individually and efficiently.
- You work closely together with marketing in lead management and representative tasks
- You're not afraid to break new ground in customer acquisition.
- You are a sales professional through and through and know the call center industry not only by hearsay
- You already know your way around the enterprise business - ideally with software from the cloud - and have a keen sense of what (potential) customers want.
- You've heard of ACD, dialer, PBX, recorder.
- You are technically adept and able to explain software solutions in a comprehensible way and to communicate the benefits for the business.
- You are eloquent and strike the right note in both German and English thanks to your sensitivity and empathy.
- You appear friendly and professional in customer talks, at trade fairs and in webinars, your enthusiasm is contagious.
- You like to think outside the box and are in the mood for new challenges in a company that is growing and striving for world domination.
